Sorry I didn't explain myself properly. I shoot my pull ups with my right hand but I meant when I take my dribble with my left hand and pick it up with my left or vice versa. I have kind of found the problem now: I was floating to the side a bit with the shot, so I wasn't landing in the same spot. I'll also try releasing it earlier. Thank you so much :)

When I shoot my hand goes left and doesn't stay straight why is that?

You're probably trying to overpower your shot. Try to relax. Don't be tense

It is possible that your dominant hand is really your left! Your pull-up jumpers are probably being released too late. Must be released at the top of your jump!

Coach when I take a shot and pull up from my weak hand (my left hand) it tends to be a good shot, feels like more of a normal shot, but when pulling up with my dominant right hand it doesn't feel like a good shot and I make much less shots. As well as this, my pull ups are much flatter than my normal shots which have a high arc.

Do you have any workouts that makes your arm strong for the shooting arc.

coach, i shoot right under my chin and i get my shot off fast. even though it's fast, it's extremely accurate and consistant and since it's fast, i never get blocked. i also have a great arc on it, any suggestions?
