correct. Most if not all car mounts require that you remove the case. As this mount is specifically molded for the iPhone 4 (which is a good think as it provides stability), you will have to remove the case.

see thats the problem which i had with a few of them. they just kept on falling off the screen and/or the phone kept on moving within the mount which was annoying. I was going to get a hold of the JustMobile one but then decided against it.

I have a JustMobile one which works pretty good but its for the 3GS. Though it kept falling off in the car so I dont use it much anymore. Thats down to the fact that the suspension in my car is really firm and I feel every bump in the road. :O
