The more people who are discomforted by a single face, the higher chance that they will end up getting in trouble. Those who are kind hearted(charity givers, religious beings, etc) don't normally upset people unless they are forcive or otherwise, which wouldn't classify as 'good'. Harmless vs. harmful is the idea I was attempting to project.
