Menendez is like Two-face, he is tragic type of villain, he lost a person who he really loved and now he is going to unleash his fury on the world. Makarov is like joker, he is nobody coming from nowhere, a mad dog, he has no reasons, no ideals, he is not a patriot like Zakhaev, he just wants to see world burn.
