1. root device
2.put update.zip file onto the root of internal sd card
3.power off
4.reboot into recovery
5.apply sdcard update .zip
6.run the mcr scripts app
7.check speed with quadrant benchmark
8. ENJOY!

Fix boot screen after one click lag fix:

1: Download playlogosnow megaupload. com/?d=M1N9RFMM

2: place the file on your internal sd.

3: replace (copy past) the file using a root manager in /system/bin

4: reboot

By rooting the phone and changing phones main files, you cant lost for example 4G connections, or even your normal 3G. I have suffered this before. It was one hell of a fight to get it back working. JUST HAVE SMALL AMOUNT OF APPS, DONT LET APPS SYCN IN BACKGROUND AND YOU'RE GOOD TO GO.
