Actually, with khajiit they already have the base damage on their unarmed attacks which can be augmented even further with the fists of steel and daedric guantlets + fortify unarmed. But then there is another thing ... vampire at stage 4 gain 20 pt in unarmed damage as a racial ability ...

Khajiit should be a lot higher on this list, later on in the vampire line you get a ring that quadruples your khajiit claw attack making it especially deadly and since you are already a sneaky class, 25% harder to detect is especially helpful as a khajiit.
