BNP Barking and Dagenham councillor Richard Barnbrook (with megaphone) photographed on a BNP demo with senior BNP official and convicted criminal Mick Treacy (white top with black stripe) and with senior BNP official, race-hate criminal and terrorist Tony Lecomber (holding stick / placard).
Tony Lecomber was a veteran NF activist who defected to the BNP after the NF defeat in the 1979 general election. He has 12 criminal convictions. In 1985 he was injured when a nail-bomb he was carrying blew up in his car. Police found 10 hand grenades, bomb detonators and 7 petrol bombs at his home, and sentenced Tony Lecomber to an incredibly light term of just 3 years in jail. AFTER he was released from prison, BNP chairman Nick Griffin chose to promote (!) Tony Lecomber to the job of BNP Propaganda Director, when in 1991 BNP he was jailed for another 3 years for an unprovoked attack on a Jewish man. Despite his long career of criminal violence, AFTER the 2nd time he was released from prison, Nick Griffin chose to promote Tony Lecomber AGAIN - to the post of BNP Group Development Officer, before he was finally sacked for trying to hire a hitman to murder opponents of the BNP. However, if anyone is naive enough to think that the BNP might finally have changed, the photo of Richard Barnbrook and his criminal friends was taken in 2004, and the recent leak of the BNP Membership List confirms the BNP still keep in touch with this terrorist through his wife Judith Lecomber!
BNP Oldham organiser Mick Treacy already had 5 convictions for violence, theft and handling stolen property, when The Sunday Mirror revealed the BNP Oldham campaign was being organised by Michael Treacy in collaboration with convicted gang rapist Robert Bennett...
