It's a tablet. So it's distracting. So about a month ago I got myself a kindle 3, and it's PERFECT! I'm super happy with it. I still use my nook and iPad for other features but for reading, Amazon Kindle 3 ALL DAY EVERY DAY! Great review by the way.

Sadly to say even with wi-fi off, it does NOT last weeks and weeks :(. I have the kindle 4th generation and after 2-3 hours a day of reading, the power lasts 3-5 days.
