Pvt. Stefan Villareal and his partner Toki have been joined at the hip almost as long as they have been in the Army. Spc. Adam Ross introduces us to a duo who are learning to work as a team for Task Force Strike, based in Zhari Province, Afghanistan. Putting them to sleep is the rare occasion. Some of the dogs get transferred to a new handler, and on a few occasions the dogs actually get to go home with the handlers. There is even a recent case of a dog whose handler was killed in action being given to the handlers family as a family pet. That video can be located just a few days ago on my channel.
