You need to Power off then power on ( Reboot). Now you can click on the app and it will open and u can even switch the language to English. Enjoy!

jailbreaking is sometimes very helpfull, and not just fun. the tweaks available from cydia help me a lot to get around my iphone and so far the new jailbreak has not crashed once. defintely worth it
