    Class participation does not count toward your grade. The FINAL EXAM is everything AND it is graded BLIND. Your professor has no clue whose exam she is grading! So don't be a fool and brown nose the prof! Learn your BLL and how to interweave the facts and the law on the issue spotter type final and you will do OK. Also, use whatever supplements make sense. The Aspen E&E series is great as are the Emanuel outlines. Learn the law dude.
