I'm still kind of a novice but this seems like a difficult champion to build. If you max power she's very strong but also quite squishy because she needs to get up close to maximize the damage output. But she has quite a burst, and can also spam attacks and Q pretty quickly which shouold mean that some spell vamp/life steal shouold make her a lot more robust. Then again you would lose some of your burst... And you also pretty much NEED some item with spellblade since she can proc it all the time

Yes it would, if ults and exhaust grant you a kill at level 9 before teamfights are really happening, you do it. 2 ults and 1 summoner for the jungler? id take that. Further, Eve was broken as hell after she was remade. Her increased mana costs and huge nerf to her ult really hurt her.
