Street Fighter EX 3 - Hokuto Playthrough

I'm using Hokuto in this video, and I chose CPU Hard Difficulty. I really enjoyed playing this game, especially since it had a tag team feature. Unfortunately, the game seemed uncompleted, as it lacked stages, and other modes that gave previous games in the sequel more replayability.
