Frozen Kindle Fire

My Kindle Fire froze for a few min when using YouTube and before that when playing a game. I show the frozen kindle stuck on the YouTube page. I have not really had many other issues with the kindle until today only a few minor complaints. I hope amazon will release an update soon to take care of the problems. It is currently back to normal and seems to be working fine.

    My Kindle Fire froze up today. I fell asleep during a game of Mahjong. When I push the on button it will go black, and I touch it again, it is still frozen. It has been hours now. I am happy yours came back on, but I guess there is no solution. Obviously no battery to remove and reset it. Frustrating. Books on it I still want to read.

It charges up and holds power fine but once the red battery goes off the screen the kindle fire logo comes on and stays on unless I unplug my device. Well i have that similair thing but it pops up randomly whenever i check the apps or music :( on the lock, maybe you can turn it over and it will switch or hold it longways. If it doesnt work then contact Amazon or go to gamestop or anything like that and ask for more assistance. Also holding down on the ad maybe works, or try tapping on the ad and it might lead you somewhere but clse it when it doss.
