love the video on ending and receiving emails. my issue is that i cant get to my in box? help...when i tap my email icon it goes directly to my "create" screen. I cannot get to the inbox and i know i have emails in there.

No, contrary to what you said in the video. The highlghted emails are unread while the non-highlighted are emails that "have" been read. Right?

I connected to my gmail and however the contacts list in the KF shows only the names, email-ids and phone #s, but not ADDRESSES AND NOTES.
