Toshiba 62hm195 DLP tv...picture problem.

This came right out of nowhere. I don't think it's the bulb and the indicator lights are normal. Seems to be a problem with color or something and is the same on all inputs...

Toshiba help!!

It's bad enough that the bulb life was defective, now this?

I can't believe Toshiba would harm us all with this. My dad prefers Samsung, LG, Sony, or Sanyo. Philips...too many breakdowns. Panasonic...newer units are now made in China, not Japan like that TV/VCR unit I had since 1997.

I had the same problem. Had two differtent repair guys over and both said the same thing. It was the light engine. The part alone was over 800.00$ To fix would be over 1400.00$. My TV was less then five years old and I went through 4 bulbs in that five years. So I did the smart thing and got rid of the TV and bought a better one. Sorry I didn't have the perfect fix but you'll be better off buying a new better TV.
