They must be paying an awful lot of money to governments to be allowed to have so few restrictions. Kinetics is the largest and most inescapable problem by far: any arguments about cellular metabolism, fructose content. and impurities are red herrings (though they themselves have some merit towards demonstrating limited deleterious effects.)
