actually, after using for 2 years, I like this phone better than other expansive black berry or other silimilar phone, it's lilttle bit smaller but very easy to type, if you don't want to pay montly data plans and other non practical waste, this is good phone, people can look at the map and find streets very easy without data plan or wifi

for the money it's a good phone, even though software is made like didn't put much effort on it, for exemple, when same person called 5 times, call record shows only last call time, that make sick, and many other things too, but for 149 dollors, it was ok phone, at that time, now, other smart phones got cheaper, so this is not that good, their software feels like made by someone like company owner's son or some parachuted person, some small bad part was hiding other big good parts

Of course youn video call in this phone but you can use the back camera (primary) and it's only suitable if you want the other party to see where you are and what you are watching. hahaha. (not convenient though for video calling). It is a fast smartphone and absolutely long battery life even when multi-tasking.

Memory full? Holy crap what do you do? I have an older E-71 which has less than half the memory and never used it up. My E-71 has been great!! After years of service the charge port wore out. I ordered one off ebay for 4 bucks, replaced it and been fine ever since!!

They should have to replace it for FREE because I have spent way too much time and money on this crappy thing! I pay good money for a phone and service and it needs to actually WORK!

Got the E5 two years ago and, I love it. It does everything I need and it didnt cost as much as these other so-called Super phones. My E5 is my Super phone... Now if I could just learn how to video call someone :)

had phone a year, the hardware is great. software is rubbish,have had to reset it to factory settings 4 times which ment I had to redo my set up which was a pain. have once had to call to get a hard reset code this wipes the phone and then reinstalls everything because everything just ground to a halt and crashed, thankfully I had everything backed up. One of the annoying day to day problems: headphone socket thinks it has head phones when it dosen't so the sound does not work most of the time.
