if you use a jailbroken apple device at night, you can really put a lot of strain on your eyes, because the screen is so bright, not ONLY bright, but the wrong color, I don't wanna get in depth here but f.lux will fix this and make your device easier to look at when you use it late at night, It's also on Cydia's featured tweaks, under "Tools to start with"
