This scene takes place in the breakroom in the back of a store. Some people don't always realize what bad customers they are. Maybe this will help us all appreciate these clerks who have to deal with crazies everyday.

Sadly, retarded customers don't seem to think that the people who serve them in retail are -gasp- ACTUALLY human beings and shouldn't by ANY means be treated like a piece of shit. I've had customers cuss me out for doing exactly what they told me to do for them. I think some people, like these customers, will bitch to death even if we ever find utopia.

Oddly enough, I live in Houston, Texas and the stores here are filled with young punks that treat their customers like crap. They're rude, lazy, ignore you when you need assistance, they spend all their time flirting with eachother.... My parents are in their mid to late 50s, work in retail and get harassed and berated by their younger employees. So I wish I could say I felt bad for some retail workers that work here but most of the time, they deserve to get a major bitch out by the customers.

I tried to calm her down and get her to ask for a manager (policy). Finally, after 3 minutes of her screaming at me, I snapped and yelled back. "Lady, I don't get paid to take your shit! I remember one time someone became aggravated that we would not pay for his (claims $300.00 sneakers) because he dropped a bottle of liquor thus, ruining them. He tried to use us as a scapegoat in attempt to negate his own accountibility. Another customer called me a 'bitch' after I caught him cutting in line. Now I know why some stores have a gun, or 2 behind the counter as an armed society is a polite society.

when I was at staples, there is just something about the copycenter that they get the horriblest customers that freak out about the dumbest crap i don't know what it is but they had worse customers at the cc than even when i worked at dennys, so many people that would get put in the cc would have customers make them cry and several quit because they just couldn't take it, it was ridiculous
