He's got a right to be angry about it. The 28th amendment to the constitution says that everyone, even our representatives are subject to the same laws as everyone else. The fact that more blacks than anyone other race are imprisoned for non-violent drug crimes is a testament to how much the first black president actually represents the black community that voted him in based on race.
